The adjustable width makes this a good choice when a 33 or 36 in. sink base has a face frame that narrows the opening; set the width to the tightest measurement, not the nominal size. Confirm the drain and disposal fall within the U-shaped cutout, since offset sinks and apron-front sinks can sit off-center. Keep the shelf height in mind when verifying clearance to the sink bowl overflow or trap.

Do not drill into the cabinet side without checking for plumbing or wiring, and secure the floor mounts firmly before loading the shelf.
