3DX Tech manufactures high performance 3D printing filaments. This Generation 3 CarbonX CF-Nylon Filament is formulated using a PA6 Nylon copolymer reinforced with high-modulus carbon fibers. This filament is ideal for anyone that desires a structural component with high modulus, improved chemical and thermal resistance, excellent surface quality, and ease of printing.Gen3 has higher Heat Deflection Temperature than our previous grades (147C at .45MPa) allowing for expanded use in higher-temp applications.

This filament is ideal for engineering applications where high mechanical strength and stiffness are required, high temperature resistance and high chemicalresistance. You do not need to purchase a special printer for CarbonX CF-Nylon.This CF Nylon (Gen 3) filament was engineered for use in practicallyanydesktop 3D Printer that has a heated bed.

Please note:This filament is very abrasive due to the fibers in the filament. Please use a hardened nozzle when printing.
