The angled body and knuckle guard make this knife a good pick for roofers who cut shingles all day, where fatigue and hand injuries are common. Use the Big Hook blade for slicing along shingle courses, and switch to the standard utility blade for straight scoring. Retract the blade fully between cuts to protect the edge and yourself.

Retract the blade when not in use and cut away from your body; utility and hook blades are extremely sharp.
