Saxony 900 slate field tile gives a slate look with a lighter piece weight than quarried slate, which can reduce structural demands. Order field tile by the square and confirm pieces-per-square from the manufacturer’s exposure tables for your pitch. In high-wind regions, follow the Miami-Dade NOA fastening schedule and use matching Newpoint hip and ridge units to complete the system.

Roof tile installation involves work at height; use fall protection and follow OSHA requirements and the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
