High-solids silicone coatings like #924 are often selected for restoring weathered roofs where strong water resistance is needed; confirm film build and coverage expectations with the manufacturer’s data sheet. Prepare the roof thoroughly, clean and dry, and prime where required. Gray may be preferred where a bright white reflective finish is not wanted.
