Match the FX size to your curb opening, and verify the dome footprint before building the curb since retrofit substitutions are costly. On membrane roofs, flash the curb into the membrane assembly, keeping the skylight set above the finished roof surface for drainage.

Skylight installation involves roof work and fall hazards; use fall protection, follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and check local code requirements for skylight glazing.
